This delicate charming piece is called Chinoiserie China Place Setting and is an acrylic on gallery wrapped  canvas.  Its size is 12" x 12" x 1 1/2".  This is the first painting from a series of four place settings.  The painting is a delicate, small scale still life, featuring a Chinoiserie-style china plate as its focus. The plate is adorned with blue and white swirling floral motifs reminiscent of traditional Chinese porcelain.  In the corner is a glass which has a loosly painted quality with colorful light reflections. The backround is kept minimal but has a loose, scratchy modern feel to contrast the delecate china.   This is a modern take on a traditional theme.
